Pest Control Answering Service

Why pest control companies lose jobs between visits
Phone rings mid-treatment

You're spraying, baiting, or inspecting. The phone rings. You can't answer. By the time you're free, they've already called someone else.

Arrive on-site with missing details

Pest type, property type, pets, access – collected manually each time. Show up without knowing there's a dog loose or the gate is locked, and the visit falls apart.

Said yes over text – then no-show

Customer agreed on a date. No reminder, no locked slot. They forgot. You drive out for nothing and the morning is wasted.

One-time job, no recurring contract

Treatment done, invoice paid. No follow-up goes out, no quarterly plan is offered. They call a competitor next season. A recurring contract was there – no one asked for it.

What a typical week looks like

You're on a roach job. Three missed calls come in. By the time you finish, the assistant has replied to all three, collected pest type, address, property type, and pets for each. One is out of your service area – politely declined. Two are qualified and waiting for your available slots.

The stronger lead picks a Thursday slot. Confirmation goes out automatically. A reminder fires the day before. You show up with a full job sheet: pest type, location, access notes, and pets on-site. No questions at the door before you can start.

Whether you do general pest, termites, or both, every new inquiry goes from unknown contact to confirmed visit – or filtered out – without you stepping away from the job. And past clients get a timely nudge for follow-up treatments or recurring service.

Pest Control Virtual Receptionist

How it works for your pest control business
1
Missed call or new WhatsApp message

The assistant replies on your behalf within seconds – while you're mid-treatment or between jobs. New contact gets a response, not silence.

2
Collect intake: pest type, location, access

Pest type, address, property type, pets, access instructions – collected and matched to your service area. Clean intake, no gaps.

3
Visit confirmed, reminder sent

Customer picks a date. Confirmation goes out automatically. A reminder fires before the visit – fewer no-shows, fewer wasted drives.

4
Full job sheet handed to you

Contact, pest type, address, access notes, and slot – waiting when you open your phone. Urgent or unusual requests flagged for manual review.

Keep past clients coming back – recurring treatments, follow-ups

New inspections are only half the picture. The other half is the client who had treatment done but never booked a follow-up or recurring service.

Treatment follow-up reminders

Nudge about follow-up or warranty renewal after treatment – no manual chase, extra revenue.

Recurring service offers

Mention quarterly or annual plan when they rebook – the right offer at the right moment.

Returning client flow

Known clients skip full intake – straight to scheduling, no duplicate questions.

More recurring clients

One-off jobs turn into scheduled regulars – more visits booked ahead, less chasing new leads each time.

Metrics that matter for a pest control business

Track whether visits are filling, clients are returning, and revenue per client is growing.

Time to first reply

How fast a new inquiry gets a first response. Customers expect a quick reply – slow means they call someone else.

Job completeness

Share of new visits arriving with pest type, address, access, and pets attached. Fewer surprises on arrival.

Recurring conversion

Share of one-time clients who move to recurring service. Shows whether follow-up is turning single visits into committed clients.

No-access rate

Share of confirmed visits where the tech arrived but couldn't get in – customer not home, gate locked, pets not secured. Track whether reminders and prep questions bring this down.

How credits work

Every plan gives you one monthly pool of credits, and each bot reply draws from that same pool: an AI text conversation costs 10 credits, a button bot conversation 1 credit, a voice conversation 100 credits, and 1,000 embeddings 1 credit. The numbers in each plan are alternatives, not extras — 1,000 credits is 100 AI conversations or 1,000 button conversations or 10 voice conversations, in any combination. When the pool runs out, extra credits are billed at your plan's credit price.

Frequently asked questions

About intake, inspection booking, and follow-up for recurring treatments.

What pest types can it handle – ants, roaches, termites, rodents?

You define the pest types you offer – general pest, termites, rodents, bed bugs, etc. The assistant collects the right intake from the customer and matches it to your services.

Can it ask about pets and access instructions?

Yes. It asks for pest type, address, property type, pets, and access instructions. You get a complete job sheet before the visit.

How does treatment follow-up work?

When a treatment is completed and a set number of days pass, the assistant sends a short message about follow-up or recurring service. You set the timing and wording.

Can it filter by service area?

Yes. You define your service zones. The assistant checks the address and politely declines out-of-area requests before you spend time on them.

What if the customer stops replying mid-intake?

The assistant sends a follow-up, then closes the flow if there's still no reply. The slot stays open. You can see the incomplete intake and decide whether to reach out manually.
